Grove Park View
The first deal we successfully closed in partnership with XSITE Capital as general partners was Grove Park View, one of our most notable transactions and the largest capital raise we have achieved for a single deal.
Grove Park View is a 288-unit apartment complex acquired for $49.1 million. We raised over $2 million in capital, which played a crucial role in completing the acquisition.
Before our involvement, the deal had stalled due to challenges in raising the remaining funds. After stepping in, we revived momentum and secured the needed capital within a short period, helping ensure a successful closing.
The Rise – A Successful Partnership with Xsite Capital
The second deal we completed in partnership with XSITE Capital was The Rise. While we did not raise as much capital as we did for Grove Park View, we still played an important role in helping bring the transaction to a close.
The Rise is a 166-unit apartment complex located in Conyers, Georgia, approximately 30 to 40 minutes from Atlanta. Through our continued partnership with XSITE Capital, we contributed to the successful execution of the deal.
